Metropole AMP’s POPSU Transitions research program is built around three spheres: political, technical and scientific.

The local platform is made up of technical experts from Métropole AMP, local elected officials and researchers from the three higher education establishments that make up the Institut Méditerranéen de la Ville et des Territoires (Aix-Marseille Université, École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Marseille and Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Paysage). They are attached to four research teams:

the Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire Environnements Urbanisme (LIEU) at the Institut d’Urbanisme et d’Aménagement Régional
the Project[s] Laboratory at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture
Laboratoire de Recherche en Projet de Paysage (LAREP), Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Paysage
INAMA Laboratory, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture
